Individual Sessions (1:1) of 75 Minutes: Join Christelle online every week for 12 weeks to create deep, lasting changes in your mindset, emotions & intimacy. Each session is customized to your needs, blending powerful tools and strategies to help you take meaningful action toward your transformation.
Tranformational breathwork session will be host in presencial.
Weekly Exercises: "Homework" to be done each week to integrate the teachings into your daily life and engage with yourself regularly.
WhatsApp Support 6/7 (Saturday is Off): True transformation happens between sessions. That’s why, over these 12 weeks, you’ll have direct access to Christelle through private messaging. Shakti, Shiva, and the Mirror
In an ancient world, near a sacred lake surrounded by golden reeds, Sesha, the cosmic serpent with a thousand heads, rested calmly. Silent and wise, he watched the universe unfold through his countless eyes.
One night, as the moonlight shimmered on the still waters, Shiva, the lord of transformation, appeared in the clearing, accompanied by Shakti, the embodiment of divine energy. They sat together on a soft bed of reeds, united in deep and eternal love.
As they shared a moment of tenderness, Shakti, radiant and full of life, suddenly gazed at the sparkling waters of the lake. An unfamiliar longing stirred within her.
— Shiva, she asked softly, show me a mirror. I want to see my reflection.
Amused yet intrigued, Shiva gracefully waved his hand, and the waters of the lake became clear as crystal. Shakti leaned over and saw her luminous face, glowing with energy. But the longer she looked, the more she seemed to search for something deeper.
Hidden among the reeds, Sesha silently observed. He realized that Shakti was not merely seeking her outer appearance but the truth of her essence—the creative force that shapes the universe itself.
With gentle affection, Shiva whispered:
— You are the mirror, Shakti. Without you, nothing can exist. You are the source of all life.
Moved by his words, Shakti turned her gaze away from the lake and into Shiva’s eyes. In that moment, she understood that her true reflection was not found in the water or in any mirror but in the sacred union of their energies.
Since that day, the waters of the sacred lake remain pure and clear, an eternal mirror where the entire universe contemplates its essence, under the watchful eyes of Sesha, guardian of this timeless secret.
